Pretty sure I didn’t miss anything, you mention about my comments about Void Elves getting customizations and I said I felt they have more than enough because they got what they asked for.
I pointed out other races need more.
You pointed out you want more than what they are getting where I’m okay with what they are giving here and there.
I think that covers everything, we don’t agree on that Void Elves need more or whatever and I don’t mind getting a little here and there where you want more.
It’s fine we are different people and allowed different opinions.

So, Red Night Elves. Clearly the skin color exists in game already. You already have a small quest line that introduces them back into the Night Elf Family (insert Fast and Furious line here).
Are we getting the skin color or is it going to be introduced via quest?

And I explained the other stuff other people have asked for— for multiple races, not just Velfs.
And I agreed. And said I wanted to see all races get up to par with multiple categories on the customization screen like Nelfs and Draenei, etc have.
Except I wasn’t talking about Velfs only. I gave examples of things they don’t have, Belfs don’t have, etc.
It covers the miscommunication, sure.
Except we do. That’s what you somehow missed and I don’t know how.

Tbh, all variants of races should have at least most of their core race’s customization options, plus their unique customizations.
Though I’m still of the mind we’d have a lot less of a headache if they’d have not done ‘Allied Races’ to begin with, and simply made their customizations available for the base races with minor adjustments to race tags and racials, similar to how they at least recolored Gift of the Naaru for the man’ari skins on Draenei.
So rather than DIDs as their own separate race, they’d get packaged into Dwarf like Bronzebeard and Wildhammer did. Depending on your skin or hair or whatever appropriate customization choice, it’d change the tag from ‘Dwarf’ to ‘Dark Iron Dwarf’ or ‘Wildhammer Dwarf’, and adjust racials accordingly. Same thing with HMT, Magh’ar, Mechagnomes, High Elves’ factions, etc.
But that would’ve required more time and work - and I don’t really know if Blizzard is ever willing to give either.
Do they or not? No one seems to really know or if they do, are unwilling to say publicly, why customization is so slow to come in this game.
As a person who has done a fair amount of 3 d modeling, I know it can be much more difficult than it appears… I just wish Blizzard would open up and discuss it!

Anyone with a graphics editing program can reshade the hair texture files. It takes more than a little overlay to look proper good, but yea.
I did such things when i was 12 for the Sims. So no, there is no excuse for them to not pump out many more. Just like giving for example, gnome haircuts to humans. The scalps are generally the same. Maybe a minor edit needed. Nothing that would take longer than an hour per mesh.

As a Darkglare customization; Observer used to replace the Fel Hound as a permanent Warlock Pet/Minion. Now the Observer is a customization for Darkglare, which IIRC, is an Affliction only temp summon.
Am I glad that Observer is back in some capacity? Yes, but I would rather still have had it the way it was before they took it away.
