M0âs that drop 400.
Weekly Mythic quest rewards 430.
Heroic raid gear is 430.
M10 end dungeon is 430.
M10+ weekly chest is 440.
Mythic raid gear is 445.
Titanforging is still here.
Benthic gear that allows people to farm wqâs, buy a 385 and upgrade it all the way to 430.
So everything that exists now will exist then and thereâs an additional source of heroic raid gear. So, uh, if you want things to change let me be the bearer of bad news. Itâs not.

It is about principle. Yes, a heroic raider will outgear those people but the activity still exist. Why? It wonât help you anymore doing WQ, it will just make you feel good. They are manipulating those people and ruining a fair system.
If youâre trying to push for the Vanilla days where non-raiders got basically nothing and the raiders were able to run roughshod over them in terms of gear, youâre not going to get any sympathy from me.

Pretty sure benthic gear takes actual time and effort to get to heroic level. That seems fair to me.
I donât want a system rewarding people heroic gear for 20 minutes of WQ or mythic because they also got lucky.

Eh, define nothing. Think about this, if a fair system was in place. Literally nothing will change other than a better progressive system.
So, someone who doesnât participate in raiding but does the occasional LFR would hover over 370ish ilvl. That is completely fine, you can still do your outworld content and get all the rewards that are on the outdoor world like the mounts and what not.
If for whatever reason they wanted to start raiding, they can jump into normal and immediately get rewarded and the same for the next level, heroic. Outside from gear and the experience, raiders donât get any other reward so I donât understand where âraid or nothingâ argument is comimg from.
Oh, you said in terms of gear. I mean at this point you are just okay with being rewarded for no effort which I will just disagree is the wrong way to go about it.
Gearing is terrible and unrewarding because of Titanforging.
Because of Titanforging (and in no small part M+), the best gear throughout the expansion virtually never changes. You just keep chasing the same item with higher and higher titanforge chances.

How is that any different than people complaining about Emissaries rewarding Heroic gear? The pearls come from wqâs. But okay, cool, you donât have a problem with people doing world quests and getting heroic gear that canât forge.
You do know this isnât going away in 8.2 right? That was kinda my point. All the same stuff you are crying about is going to be here the entire next tier. And more than likely the tier after that. And the tier after that. And the expansion after that. And so on.
