I have been checking my Lightforged Dreanei almost every day since blue responded incase fix was released and i still haven’t gotten the quest. It doesn’t auto pop or show at the embassy. How are me meant to receive the quest after fix?

Thanks, Fizztrain. I am fairly sure the script was run that was intended to fix all those folks but I’ve reached out to see what is up and where to go from here.

Just for a quick update. We are currently gathering other examples of folks who used the Welcome Back Gift who aren’t getting the quest for the Heritage Armor. I don’t have any additional information at the moment, but we hope to know more by tomorrow.

Any update(s) on this issue? I recently logged into one of my toons (Tirela on Wyrmrest Accord) impacted by this issue and the quest is still not popping.

Nothing yet. Last I heard they were going to be looking at the script that ran to update everyone who may have been impacted and that it would likely take a few days.
If I get an update I’ll pass it along.

Just hit 50 on my Nightborne that I’m positive I used the Gear Upgrade on and did not get the achievement, just adding to the list in case you need more examples. Would love an update if you have one

The last update I received is that they ran the database script that was supposed to tag the folks who used the gear update and should qualify for the heritage armor as able to get the quest. We’ve had some positive results but there do still seem to be some holdouts.
All of those so far are in this thread. 
I’ve made sure the team is aware that some folks are still having an issue.
If you are able to get the quest at some point to get your heritage armor, please let me know so I want provide an update the other direction.

I just hit 50 and then 60 on my Vulpera DK and I’m not getting the quest. Didn’t boost but I did do the armor thing not realizing it would cause an issue. Also have multiple low level characters I just did it on that I guess I’ll delete and start over since they aren’t too far along anyway. Glad I came by and found this thread because I was about ready to delete the DK and start over…
Hi! I used the gear update on a lvl 10 zandalari I had. Just leveled it to 51 and haven’t recieved the heritage armor achievement. Jabaru - Thunderlord
I leveled my Lightforged Draenei to level 60 and my Dark Iron Dwarf to level 70. Did not use level boost, race change, or faction change on either of them yet I dont have the heritage quest showing up in the embassy.
Update.
Hazzah! I can confirm i logged in today and the quest was sitting in my side bar to click/pickup.
I havent logged in all week because Diablo 4 but somewhere in that time my armor quest was activated.

Have we heard anything more back on this? My Vul DK isn’t getting the quest pop. Didn’t boost or race change, all I did was accept the gear reset. Just wondering if there is something else I could be missing since I’ve made it to 60.
Gota be patient if there was a update vrak wouldve said something or it wouldve been in a hotfix.

No, it doesn’t appear to be anything you may have missed, Bendegit. A script has been run a few times to fix those who were impacted with this issue (i.e. the Gear Update disqualifying allied races for the heritage armor quest), for some reason it has missed a few folks here and there.
I know one was due to the person transferring between when it happened and the script running but in other situations the “fix” just wasn’t picked up on the character. Those are being looked into.

I just logged in on my 50 Nightborne and the quest was there! Thank you so much for your help and advice on this - I understand bug report forums are probably best for this stuff but wanted to commend you on ensuring we all got the quest/achievement. Appreciate your work very much

As far as I can tell, Bendegit, your character should be pushed that quest now. When you get a moment try logging in and check your Vulpera.

My character still is not flagged it seems.
I haven’t logged in since Classic Hardcore launched, but logged in today to see if the issue was fixed, but still nothing.
Character is Kiero - Thrall , Vulpera Rogue.
Hit 50 and didn’t get heritage quest, only thing used on this character was testing out the Gear Update feature.
