I get it. Been there myself. When I worked for Spectrum, they had me under âreviewâ for over a damn year with no resolution. Once the issue was resolved, they changed the issue to something over which I had 0 control. After a year, it was affecting me mentally and emotionally.
I went to my supervisor to ask how we could reslove it because it was clearly having an effect on me. They canned me not two hours later.

I hated doing it, I really did.
Being an empath sucks at times
Especially considering I knew this guy, like really really knew him. He has a wife at home that is ill, heâs like 6 months away from retiring and him and I got along extremely well, at 64 he played Path of Exile, Diablo 3 and WoWâŚ
It gutted me to have to sit through his suspension pending termination meeting with the big bosses. I didnât have to go, but as I said to all the other management team, a man has a right to face his accusers which in this case is me.

I really do enjoy this place as far as cities go, Iâve never lived in one until I got here, I know it pretty well now.
I even understand the dialect tooâŚwhich is funny when you mix that with Australian slang, I do it all the time at work and mid sentence be like:
âThat bloody jaun over there broke on me brotherâŚâ comes out like that haha

I completely agree with you, thatâs why when I was in my mid-teens I kind of clung to the 70s music, because at the time i couldnât stand the 90s/early 2000s stuffâŚ
Looking back now I see it for what it was, a difference in culture.
