Does crashes and instability happen during these times with prepatches? Rip because I’m in Emerald Dream and I think that one was super populated.

Oh yes, all the time. In fifteen years I’ve never seen a pre-patch or an expansion launch without major bugs, lags, or entire servers being unusable.
