It’s non transmogable - but thinking as just a casual hang out outfit, or if I want to grind low level stuff - that top and the purple mystic sarong. On the belf body it’s just so cute

The only downsides of it is no transmog and it’s horde only 
For mat farming time, being casual, or grinding low level stuff it works.

Blizz hasn’t learned that yet, that is cruel to get someones hopes up and than yoink it away, that is mean, spiteful and cruel.
To add insult to injury the Dracthyr joke was rude and insulting to players asking for a tail option, for an answer when all they had to do is explain why not instead of filtering the answer in a insult.
All the other races were ignored for more customizations, because all their budget was blown on one race.
