It’s a video game forum, not an onlyfans account. Get over yourself.
It’s always nice to see fellow Tinker lovers.
Liianas what you think if they made the Tinker class as a mix of the original Tinker hero with the goblin alchemist hero?
One of my goblin characters is already the “I was almost trade prince” type.
of course my idea is just a rough start
Also, I don’t think trade prince is a gendered title. I think you’re trade prince regardless of gender
I assume it probably would be, and I don’t mind.
It would work best as the Healer spec, I think.
Personally I would be just fine with it. I’d primary be a tank regardless.
Sorry I like talking to my friends I guess?
I can start flirting if you like though.
I do like goblins
I have one too, lol. I really do want a true Trade Prince themed character but there is something so fun about making a basic Greasemonkey that finally gets lucky.
Gnome on the other hand, that’s a totally different story. Full blown Tinkmaster that becomes Commander for G.E.A.R… Not sure what I plan to do with a Mechagnome.
Can’t help with that one.
All of my characters have fleshed out backstories. I love them all.
Ah, thanks. I haven’t created a new character to take through Exile’s Reach; last I saw any talk of Tinkers was before mechagnomes and vulpera were confirmed.
I feel like evidence is mounting in favor of Tinkers
We’ve got assets, abilities, and we obviously have compatible races.
cmon blizz you know you want to
I truly believe there were plans to add them in BfA. Or at least it’s to prep us. Think about it, Gnomes and Mechagnomes join forces, effectively bringing relevancy to Gnomes and the same goes for Goblins. Goblins discover that their home survived Cata and maybe now they can create Undermine. This really sets the tone to expand their lore and content.
Mechagon City and Undermine!
I would KILL for undermine as a capital!!!
This’ll probably be the source of my thread tomorrow.
Mechagon and Undermine as capitals in 10.0
What about a GADGETZAN REDESIGN!
Neutral city!
So DKs, DH and Monks all appeared in Vanilla…and so did Tinkers!
From the suggested classes, tinkers do fit the mold of having been only mobs in the classic game but distinctive enough from the playable classes at the time.
To be honest, Tinkers just fit so well in the universe, It’s absurd we can’t play them
my Friend can be an Orc Shaman
my other friend can be a Pandaren Monk
another friend can be a Blood Elf mage.
But I somehow CANT be a Goblin Tinker.
To be fair, perhaps only with 2022 tech is that they can make a tech class justice. If they were a think in vanilla they would’ve probably really been a “guy with a hammer that throws bombs” thing.
Hopefully we can get awesome tinkers with lots of crazy abilities and visual effects.
I just wanna tank in a Mech suit like every goblin ever.
It’s not like Engineering will ever do that
Ok … so I’m actually pretty excited to discus this. And both cities really should be developed into true social hubs. I’ll save it for your next post but let’s just say that both cities have new technologies for future content.
You’re right! Tinker back in the day wouldn’t have been anything close to how we envision it. I’m pretty sure it would have been a Hunter/Shaman hybrid with guns a turrets. Still would be awesome but I need Mechs. And these Mechs will hopefully have customizable cosmetic variations and paint jobs.
I can already picture a Goblin Mech with a Goblin pinup girl painted on the side or a Gnome Mech with a painted shark mouth.
No to Tinkers. See you tomorrow.
Got any reasons for that yo?
Omg I love it
Hopefully they have an ability of Self.Destruct like D.Va.
Called “Nerf this”.
Haha, I had to look that one up. I’d love to see an Eject Button ability that launches the player up in the air (deploying a parachute) and the Mech self-destructs, causing a massive AOE. Kind of a last ditch effort to survive lol.
Personally, For a Tank spec, I imagined a really intentionally weak cheat death, based on what we’ve seen from NPCs.
Mogul Razdunk and the Island expedition teams both have a Gimmick with their mechs. Where upon dying, the pilot will pop out and continue fighting.
However the Pilot is hilariously weak, and dies in only a second or two.
I imagine this would be a comical, (if very weak) passive to give to the Tank spec for Tinkers.
Imagine, you’re tanking, you overpull, and you die. But instead of dying, you eject from the mech and keep fighting as a weak, squishy mail-armor class.
Sure, you’d probably die instantly. But if by some miracle the Healer keeps you alive, and combat ends, You could re-summon your mech, and not incur an actual death.
I just really want Gazlowe to get a reverse nose job.
