I talk all the time in game, open world, the cities, dungeons, raids, battlegrounds, arena.
Have yet to ever be suspended or banned.

The social contract is just the same stuff in the TOS. Itās not something new we signed saying we have to help people out or something. It may encourage us to help others but itās not so thing they enforce. Swearing and foul comments will get you suspended and that only happens after you got squelched AND had more infractions. Unless itās really foul ingues tjen straight to the ban. But no the social contract has nothing to do with this.

So you ticked off some people who donāt need your pessimism, and now you are making up a 2 week banā¦ interesting. People who EXPLOITED the game only got 3 days. If you got 2 weeks, and are not just making it up, that means your behavior continues to increase the size of the penalty volcano, so in all fairness, kinda glad it happened to you. This game is rough enough without that attitude in peopleās faces.

Hmmmmm. Iāve never had that problem. Ever. Never been silenced in game. And I talk alot of smack just look at my post history. I got some troll blood in these veins for sure Iām surprised I havenāt grown tusks yet. Sure the forum silence is the worst Iāve ever had. Also how does having the ability to report someone mean they encourage you to report people? Itās not like they reward you for reports or something dear Lord.

Listen. Reports from other get you squelched not banned. A blizz employee bans you not a program. Unless you get repeatedly punished for breaking the TOS. Even then chat infractions going to account suspension is something you def. Earned.

Dudeā¦ 2 players knowing what they are doing in a duo que is more then enough to carry. Did priest/rogue blitzes last night and won like 4 in a row up to about 1600.
Usually both teams are clueless at that rating. So easy to just breeze past everyone.
And you definitely said more then that to get banned btwā¦

Did you stop reading after your quote? Do you know how the new support system works? I started playing 18 years ago, so you can save the snark. 
If anyone whispers you in todayās game, youāre literally given the option to report them before you even read the message. The game ENCOURAGES you to report.
Not sure if you play Overwatch or not, but Blizz has literally admitted that the system is automated, based on the number of reports, not the validity, and you STILL see the community responding negatively to those who feel they were reported unfairly.
I guess itās one of those things where you view it as fair until it happens to you.
Buddy, a two week ban doesnāt come from nowhere. That comes after multiple previous infractions. And for things far more severe than a ādoom and gloom attitudeā. Plus if your team mates had reported you it is very unlikely your ban would have been enacted the next day. They take days or even weeks to get processed. So it sounds like you just have a history of breaking the rules.
