Very nice to grind all that hc kills on fyrakk and do whole day of grind to get leggo and than have Raid finder ilvl item while other classes swing around bis weapons mythic ilvl.

A full day without any further communication seems more than fair as the limit for your inferred “patience”.
I generally feel that people complain way too much on these forums, but the fact that this was a known bug that was ignored is beyond moronic.
At least increase the flightstone cap for the week in the meantime so people aren’t being even further delayed on character progression because they want the right materials ready when you all finally decide to give an ETA or actually fix this issue.

the community/warning them that the item is bugged?
Why not forget about that broken item upgrade system and simply implement a vendor item(with proper price ofc) that would upgrade leggo axe/fist to max ilv? Just like cores for legendary cloak in 8.3.

Speedrunning their patch cadence has led to some of the buggiest updates/content for WoW in its lifetime, hope they focus on quality in WW…
I’m a bit late in welcoming all the posters here to the bug forums. Many of us have been here for awhile waiting on the black netherdrake scales. I’m not surprised that this is broken for you guys since everything else with the patch and season seems to be too.
Come on guys, a compensation is not needed. It’s not that big of a thing, we need to have patience.

I heard if we all update our preorders to the most expensive item they fix this for us on an individual basis.
Have you guys maybe considered having a realm that the public can access and test your upcoming patches to avoid things like this?

Why was this not fixed when reported on the PTR? It was a known issue and if you knew it was broken, not fixed, in the very least should have been in the patch notes to stop people from wasting their time.

Remember that they cared more about Plunderstorm then Retail. At this point, we are probably an afterthought. As customers, we need to make sure to keep that in mind next time we decide to spend money/time on anything Blizzard vomits out.
They can’t spare 1 dev he has to make that side quest in TWW that will reward a pet, in no way shape or form can he come a floor down and fix this on retail servers in matter of minutes.

While that may be true what would be super easy is make it so the item bought to increase the ilvl instead of putting the weapon at 502 puts it at 535 with no need to upgrade since they can’t figure out how to fix their own code. The upgrade item works so the only code they’d need to change is the value it assigns to the weapon when used.

All I want is an answer to why this was reported in PTR by several people, Left unfixed and then made it to retail like this. Almost 18 years playing this game and I’ve seen some screwups. Things happen. This however, There is no acceptable answer that can be given for why this was overlooked and not handled.
