Fyr'alath/Nasz'uro cannot be upgraded at the upgrade NPC after using Scale

Just used my Scale to upgrade Fyr’alath for season 4 and I can’t upgrade it past 4/14 Awakened. The upgrade NPC believes it isn’t eligible.

yep got the scale used it on the axe and turns out it’s not upgradeable

Same problem, Axe is Greyed out and can’t be selected for upgrades.

Same same but not different at all.
Apparently that issue was also reported during PTR and nothing was done about it, not sure if that’s true or not, either way I don’t see why this should be a persisting bug when making the item to upgrade the legendary to S4 the regular upgrading system should have been tested at the same time, no clue what went wrong there. Hopefully this get hotfixed soon™.
