Thank you! It’s not that bad. I’ve enjoyed the build for a long, long time. Even when it’s not the best one to play. It’s fun. I don’t get why people hate on hardcasting a heavy-hitting ability. Do they not know how to get it to crit, or something?
I really like S3 set for PvE but it’s bad for pvp, so S1 it is. S1 is good for both.
Why are you guys selecting s3 when s2 does everything s3 does, but it’s more versatile??
Wtf are you doing?? Why are you voting for something that requires glacial spike, when you have an alternative that functions for both non glacial and glacial just as well??
It would be fun if all the people from season 1 moved on to season 2 to dethrone season 3 xD xD
I hate the glacial spike motionless rotation haha
I love my 500k crits from GS, not sure why there is so much hate.
I don’t know that most dislike GS, but rather they dislike it being the only way to play.
It’s so stupid anyway because s2 set allows you to play both gs and non gs, and the set is pretty much just as good for glacial build as this one is.
Thanks to the brain freeze procs you can align flurry+gs pretty much everytime.
lol do let the door hit you on the way out
Uh…because S3 does more damage. That’s the easiest question of my life. Flurry doesn’t cleave with splitting ice, so you’re getting an AoE pop from a single damage source that just does significantly less damage. AND it’s a 5 target cap vs an 8 target cap.
Wtf are you talking about? Do you not realize that they will re balance the sets?
Also, the explosion damage only works on frozen targets, so unless you use something like ice nova you won’t get both explosions.
Maybe because standing in 1 spot casting a long spell isn’t that fun?
Frost rotation is busy, there are always other things you can press, especially in AoE. For me personally I prefer having the mobility as frost to dps while moving. I’m not even that bad at GS, I hit 3200 last season with my alt mage. I just think the playstyle is alot more clunky, slow and less mobile.
Right, so use ice nova. Or frost nova. Obviously.
Yeah man, they gonna buff S2 set to make flurry do 400% more damage? Because otherwise, it’s still not gonna compete with GS pops. Also, gonna need a citation for where they said they’re gonna rebalance set bonuses, because fated seasons are always low effort maintenance mode seasons, so I don’t see them dumping resources into balancing sets against each other.
Read the post in general.
Please keep in mind that we’re going to update the power of the set bonuses to match the increased power of the new gear in Season 4
You are literally voting based on which is the strongest right now, when they said they would re balance them. So you are forcing people into spike, when s2 set does both spike and non spike builds just as well.
I am voting on what is best now. I hadn’t read they’ll be rebalancing power, but honestly…even if I had, I’d still vote S3. I don’t trust them to get the balance right. S2 would need insane buffs to be competitive with S3, so I’ll stick with the safe bet.
Allright, well i disagree.
That’s fine, we’ll just need to see where the majority lands. Democracy is democracy.
What if “the majority” doesn’t know wtf they are doing?
Then they’ll go with whatever their favorite youtuber says or whatever wowhead says is best. It is what it is, none of these set bonuses are gonna force me off GS build, so I don’t really care what set we get. Obviously i think S3 is gonna be most ideal, but none of the other sets are gonna cause me to have a nuclear meltdown.
At the end of the day, S4 just isn’t that serious.
This is how we got Grim Rail depot once upon a time
S2 was much better! s3 ti makes movement less…you often have to stand still to cast Glacial spike…and several times you are forced to cancel the cast asking for huge dps! pls vote S2!
