Free Character Transfer not working - Clear mailbox error

Hello,
I got the “Please clear the mail from this character’s mailbox” error to change realm from Westfall to Pagle. All my other toon worked fine but my main is stuck.

My mailbox is empty and i waited more than 24 hours before retrying in case some mail was on the way.

I already checked

But nothing in there helps. I also tried to open a ticket in-game but it seems I cannot do so.

What can I do?

There should be a ticket option problem with purchase should work.
