I am trying to use a free character transfer from Westfall to Pagle on Wrath of the Lich King Classic. However, I am receiving an error saying I need to clear my mailbox. I do not have any mail, I do not have anybody blocked on that character, I have not completed any quests that result in NPC mail within the past month, and I am able to transfer all my other characters on Westfall.
You’ll want to put in a ticket to have the mail cleared out for you. You should be able to do that here:
