Hello, I’ve been using these forums for years, log on daily, and have made 1000s of posts.

According to this: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/u/Caithyra-bleeding-hollow.json

I’m still trust level 2. What does it take to reach trust level 3?

You’d need to read, I believe, 20k or so post in a 90 day time span.

Posts read, that one is WAY low, you need over 15k of those - at the moment.

Just find some of the big threads in general and scroll through them. You need not reply to anything and even really read. The waggle thread, the account wide block and worgens with tails are all ones to collect a lot of read counts.

Not necessarily. I made lev 3 last week and all with lower than expected levels… must mean someone here actually likes this ole dwarfs

Well the only thing I can say is that when I was granted trust lev 3, I wasn’t notified of this… The only difference thta I noticed was that I’m now allowed to enter the lounge… The other thing I noticed is at one point it said:

  • Trust Level: Registered
  • Trust Level: Member
  • Trust Level: Regular

As for what my post level was… less than 900… So did someone jump the gun and allow me in?.. who knows… Give hearts and take hearts, offer some love and hope for the best.

If your trust level 3 then you would see regular member level and you will be able to enter the lounge and post in it. I do not believe you get a notification about the trust level upgrade, I know I never got one.

You need to have read nearly 20k posts, Make 10 threads

There’s also a thread regarding PvP servers that’s is/was blowing up.

You need to have ready at least 20k posts in the last 100 days. If you gp below that, you’d skip back to TL2. The easiest way to maintain that metric is to read 200-250 posts a day, every day.

This important to understand the implications of.

If you undertake a heroic effort to get 20k reads in a single day, and then relax, you will lose your TL3 when the credit for that single 20k event falls out of the sliding 100 day window. It happened to me long ago before I understood the system.

Read a smallish amount every day so you never fall below 20k read total in the 100 day period.

I received a notification for Trust Level 2.

Good for you, i never got a notice for level 3, can not remember level 2 if i did or not. Wish there was a way to track what you need for the levels

Click on your avatar top right. Then select the little lego block chara at the bottom of this window. Select activity and view trust lev in the middle tool tray.

You are good on everything except posts read - only have about half of those

You can speed through the posts read by just speed-scrolling through large threads. But you might have to go slow enough for the blue dot to disappear and count as read. I am not entirely sure of that, though.
