I just ran LFR Kurog Grimtotem and can roll on LFR boots (I have 17 ilvl higher)

Your boots are not Kurog boots.

It has to be the same item.

I can’t roll need on the LFR shield because I have the Mythic shield. If I had a rando 13/13 Mythic+ shield, I could roll need on the LFR shield.

The restrictions don’t even make much sense, but they exist.

Appearances do let you roll need.

They do not.

Well, mog farming in LFR is over for geared players

Confirmed it just now : [image] [image] So Blizzard has actually gone further than what they announced : [image] So make sure to make a Mog farming alt with the minimum required gear to enter now when attempting to farm mog in LFR/Normal/Heroic, because going in with your Mythic gear might be quite disappointing.

I can confirm it still works like that because I couldn’t roll on some items I had from Heroic/Mythic when we ran our guild LFR.
