We really don’t know. While responsibility does rest at the top it may be that he’s not causing issues, it might be he’s holding back a tidal wave of even worse ones.

Ion will be the final boss. You can choose to defeat him and if you do you have to punch yourself in the face.

I think chromatus could be one of the raid bosses that Murozond could bring in a time travel
caverns of time style Galakrond. we go back and join in the fight to kill him. cant do a dragon based xpac and not have him be a boss

I think there are many options about who the final BOSS can be, everyone says it will be bobby kotick but no!

The dark secret for this expansion seems to be that the Titans did experiments on the Dragon so I expect to see some Galakrond like abomination at some point. Not as big to avoid the size issues though.
