If Chromie wanted us dead she would have done so long ago.

Turalyon I’m not seeing. Sure he’s a fan of the Hyperzealots From Outer Space but can’t see him being the big bad. The Alliance would have reservations on attacking him besides, because he is still considered by and large a legendary hero.

Galakrond, sure, but that seems much too obvious. Plus we already had a big dragon as a final boss, it’d be disappointing if they went both the obvious, and already paved, route.

My theory: A new threat will emerge to threaten the Flights, and Azeroth itself.

Would be neat to see a dragon somehow learning about the truth behind Galakrond and they try to replicate what he did to get so freaking huge.

I’m also concerned the new firelord is gonna pop up somewhere. Since he was dealing with that ragnaros cult and hasn’t been seen for a good minute.

You never know with her. She spent the entire expansion pretending to be Lady Moonberry and turning us into moths or stapling wings to us so we can run errands for her.

Since expansions have to tie together somewhat now, I’m going in a different direction and think it will be some herald of the void lords since the cosmic story line is probably what we’re going back to after this dragon stuff is done.

The hard part about galakrond…

The aspects defeated galakrond WITHOUT having aspect powers.

So for him to be a big threat, he would have to gain some serious power ups.

Murzond + old gods could give him enough juice to become the final boss but still kindve meh imo.

MUROZOND! Hah kidding! I have literally no idea! I hope it has nothing to do with old gods, or maybe acts like a prelude to an old god themed expansion! C’thun, and Yogg-Saron aren’t dead! And as Ion said, N’zoth is only gone “For now”. How about we close that chapter next expansion?
