It is definitely not my intention to make you look like the bad guy. To me, it looks as though you are someone who both enjoys playing feral and enjoys competing with friends for high spots on DPS meters, and just simply wants to be able to enjoy doing both of those things at the same time. Framed in that way, it sounds like a very reasonable ask.
I don’t feel that the questions I’ve asked have been answered, and I can go ahead and explain why, perhaps that would shed some light, but it might just be an aside that leads nowhere…

Anyway, yeah you’d like to see Feral doing better on Warcraft logs.
From what I understood at the time, Blizzard didn’t like the Bearweaving playstyle and wanted to remove it; even though I think a lot of people who were playing Feral enjoyed it a lot (not that they were topping DPS charts!). The changes inadvertently buffed feral.
What I understood about the buffs to Ret was that paladins didn’t have any other PVE DPS tree.
That makes me wonder whether they would care to buff feral specifically for PVE or not. The numbers represented in the parses don’t particularly show that Feral druid is under-represented, so who knows!
Well, you should tell that guy to reroll feral, and take his place as mage!
Anyway, I am a little curious as to whether you feel that you are personally being held back, or your raid team is by you playing Feral, and I’m also curious if you are off tanking or not tanking at all?
buddy nobody is working on this game anymore blizzard are just soaking in sub money while refusing to address any of the games issues it’s become obvious to anyone with a brain they want to pull the servers down and are doing a poor job to make sure people leave.
You guys were given the most ridiculous buff in Wrath and were overpowered in ICC as a result. Feral DPS will scale as it does every expansion. Until then either tank, go boomkin, or hush. Blizzard should ignore any and all future cat tears.
The only spec in this game that deserves a buff is Frost Mage, which has always been terrible (we all would have been Fire from day 1 if vanilla bosses weren’t immune).
Especially because Frost got nerfed substantially during Cata solely due to PvP, where it is no longer played. At the very least they should undo the base mastery nerf.
Lol Feral needs a buff the fact that they are 2nd from last according to WCL is pathetic they are below EVERY class except for Frost mage for 17 weeks that says something
Harder than Demonology though? Demo has a full novel of abilities and strategies based on fight segment now. I’d be surprised if base Feral DPS is a more complex “rotation”/priority list considering they have far fewer dps abilities.
