Can we please just get any sort of acknowledgement from Blizzard on what is happening here? Horde who enjoy pvp are pulling our hair out from this.
Literally all servers? Ironforge.pro shows a 54/46% split. Hardly dominant….Meta slaves? Come on man. Stop it with the hyperbolic statements. It’s pretty hard to take you serious when you speak like a toddler.
I play on an ally dominated server and its completely fine. Stop making excuses for yourself.
Not arguing with alliance. Not my problem.
Horde v Horde queues for 2 weeks before phase change is a must. Go.
I know Blizzard V California is going well, but can you guys put Horde V Horde back in?
No, next is California V Horde
I haven’t entered one in 3 weeks because you turned off our queues… When are they coming back?
Does the player base also need to contact California to sue you guys?
No more same faction bg please.
lol
“I know Blizzard V California is going well, but can you guys put Horde V Horde back in?”
lol
Please explain the difference between two Horde players playing against each other, vs One of those horde players going Alliance, and they still play against each other? Its the same paradigm.
Alliance doesn’t participate and your solution is to have horde come and assist your dogsh*t faction - but if they re-reoll it appears you have friends.
The player driven issue is alliance doesn’t PVP - The solution is allowing the horde to play amongst themselves. There isn’t even a 10% gap between the two factions… Alliance simply doen’t play at the figures needed to support queues.
the solution is to bypass them. If they start playing again in Mass numbers, the HvH overflow mechanic becomes a backup system and everything is normal.
Because now that former horde player is part of the alliance PvP community. They’re available for grouping, arena, world PvP and a player that swapped specifically for queues is probably a pretty dedicated PvPer. Alliance could use more of that.
How about you go a step further and raise the rate that we earn honor? The rate that we gain honor is ABSURDLY slow and that is just to get ENTRY LEVEL GEAR just to be able to blink in arenas.
You often talk about the majesty of “Faction Conflict” and how its a core need.
These are all problems held on Alliance faction. It is their job to participate and PVP, its not the job of Horde players to drop everything and go to the opposite side and play against their friends.
Until the Alliance gets their act together and starts participating, HvH will be put in place to bypass their lack of activity.
Population size isn’t an issue, skill isn’t an issue, its flat out lack of participation from the alliance. Fix your player created issue, implement HvH, or you will have a giant population dip because people will quit.
Obviously, your only concern is horde queue times. As an alliance player, I have concerns about PvP faction balance. Overall balance isn’t the issue. PvP imbalance is. PvPers stacked horde and now horde have long queues so it’s more than alliance not participating. HvH doesn’t help alliance appeal to PvPers… at all. It actually makes it less appealing.
A more even dispersion of PvPers to both factions benefits both sides and that’s what Blizzard should be trying to do. They haven’t even tried to do anything to encourage that either.
TURN THIS BACK ON ALREADY.
“Body seems unclear.”
Looks pretty damn clear to me.
They cannot achieve even dispersion without grand changes to the mechanics of the game. The PvP’er want to be horde side for the Racials/Aesthetics/Friends what have you. It is not the responsibility of the player to change how they want to play in order to participate.
The Alliance doesn’t want to play, that’s a players choice. That choice of inactivity should not bar another players ability to participate…
The solution cant be “You can’t have HvH! Come play with me instead so its still technically HvH, but I made you do what I wanted!”
If you split up all the Horde PvP’ers youd have a gigantic population of Alliance and small horde presence. The Alliance PvPers would still be former Horde players. IDK why you think Horde refugees will sudden inspire a desire to PvP for the Alliance who haven’t participated heavily throughout classic & now months into TBC.
the hvh queues definitely need to return. made the game much more fun. isn’t that why we’re all playing? fun?
What’s the point of whining about this?
Please turn horde v horde bgs back on, 30+ minute queues on oceanic realms on a Saturday afternoon
I’d settle for mixed Horde and Alliance teams. Ie. if it’s a 10 man BG; Fill first 5 Alliance and 5 Horde. If there aren’t enough Alliance fill w/ Horde.
Thank you for your sacrifice to improve the queues for the horde. Zug wait less zug zug gud for me orc, as they say in your native language.
