I think the best of both worlds would be to hard lock premade queues. If you queue with more then 5 people you will only be matched with other teams of over 5 people unless your queue exceeds 5 minutes or so
Would increase premade can premade a lot without ruining the play experience with queues
25+ minutes for all 3 bgs post night.
Please bring this back
Two months later and the game is still in a broken state with hour long queues.

HvH has been a wonderful addition to TBCC. Enjoying 1-5min queues over the standard 20min+ (currently) or pre HvH they were 30-40mins or even longer. This change has virtually no effect on alliance and helps horde regain some ground on the honor pvp gear curve compared to the other faction. All in all, 10/10. Keep it around please!

What change don’t I like? You are playing a 15yr old game. You made a decision that created the problem at hand. A decision that 3min worth of research could have been avoided since this literally happened 15yrs ago. IDC either way. I say give horde hvh then bring in unlimited boosts, token, transmog and everything else since this is no longer tbc.

Queue’s are 30 min each. Everyone is falling asleep before the queue even pops. Please bring HVH back

I suppose I could have posted here instead of making a new topic, but what did Blizzard actually fix? They made it worse for Horde. Unnecessarily long queue times and taking the ability to premade away from Horde while still allowing the Alliance to form a premade. Tell me where that makes sense. HVH was a god send.

Reroll alliance if you don’t like it. The faction imbalance makes the game unplayable.
Meta needs more challenge. I agree with the changes. It should be difficult & miserable for you if you’re making the game disgustingly unplayable for others. You opted for ezmode by going for the meta - so - “Against Overwhelming Odds” for Ally as a daily and Warmode ONLY for Alliance would be a nice counter.
Or blizzard could just get rid of factions & world pvp altogether. If it’s the way it is at the lore level, it should be the same at the player level.
Faction imbalance is not, and never has been, the issue. PVP participation is the issue. The alliance doesn’t seem to enjoying fighting as much as the horde.
To that point, why would you WANT to re-roll to alliance? There’s no incentive to do that. Sure, you could get fast queues, but with less talented players and would likely lose more often. Which i would say would be more frustrating that having to wait in a long queue. The honor gained per hour is probably similar but atleast you’re winning as horde.
Alliance doesn’t PVP because horde is far ahead of us in gear due to faction imbalance. In retail - I’m mid-ranked rated player (Duelist) - I NEVER play PvP in classic because … PvP in classic is just disgusting. Also, you all went with the meta. “Horde is good for PvP” - and you ALL opted for ez mode. On ally - I play a Worgen Priest. Yeah. Worgen. Why? Becuase I liked the way Worgen looked and I like playing priest. Not because worgen has good racials or some sort of advantage in PvP. I play what I like and I’m good at it.
We can never catch up. Like, I got a job … I don’t have the time or patience to sit around farming a quarter million honor points when I get a couple hundred per hour.
So, that being said - why would alliance ever PVP when the odds are so stacked against us.
There’s the other solution of cutting the cost of Alliance PVP gear by 90% so we can gear up like Horde is geared. I’d love to step into PvP with likeminded people on alliance. Horde players suck & use their meta crutch to play. It would be my sincere pleasure to prove it. Now if only there was something to do about that PvP gear …

Dude that little rant was really hard to follow. So, worgen? Where we’re talking about retail and you can get gear exclusively from arena and RBGs with a weekly conquest cap?
If you’re claiming you’re behind in gear as ally with fast queues then that reinforces my point that you’re losing often and getting little to no honor. The deck isn’t stacked against you. Racials are not that big of a deal. It’s clearly a YOU issue.
Most people that play this game have a job, atleast i assume so since i see that excuse a lot. My main doesn’t have much resil(~170) and he does fine in PVP. I’m not going to grind away endlessly for low honor and long queues. I’ve made gear, pve’d and filled in slots as best i can. It is what it is.
Just as an aside, all players are the same. One side picked red and the other blue. Making statements like “horde suck blah blah blah” only hurts your argument.
Nah. Horde is the meta and it’s 90% horde on literally all servers.
When I go to do a Karazan + there’s a hundred horde standing in front of it on a so-called “50%” server … what is that?
Bro. It’s not a “you” issue ; I got no problem in PvP. It’s a the meta is completely imbalanced issue. You all (as in metaslaves) need a handicap of some sorts because your numbers are off the charts. You’re like roaches - you’ve infested WoW.
So - TL;DR - it’s not a horde problem. But a metaslave problem.
