By chance you do use the mouse scroll to activate commands with your mouse over the client. Doing so lets you do commands from character to character very quickly. If your doing that that would be streamlining and is not allowed and will cause this.
I believe the efficiency comment is meaning possibly doing commands on different characters very quickly when in current rules that might not be possible.
That would be more efficient, yes.
yes I stated above that I did not do that and I clicked into every window or alt tabbed.

I would suggest that some sort of multiboxing note is added to bans like this to help other players with my problem.
