Title says it. Falling through world, instant DC upon logging in. Self service tool seems to be in its own endless broken loop.

If the character stuck service isn’t working for you - you’ll want to submit a proper ticket so a GM can move the character.

My main Tantix is stuck falling through the world and immediately disconnecting in the starting zone of dragonflight. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes I can find online (waiting an hour, restarting, clearing the WTF folder, scanning and repairing the install). I’ve also attempted to open tickets to have my character moved, but that service seems to be down. I can see I have tickets open for a move somehow, but I suspect those were generated when I tried making the tickets in-game on an alt, so I suspect that even if those are processed, they’ll move the wrong toon. Please help!

How do you submit a proper ticket? My attempts at contacting support all lead to the non-working self-serve character-moving tool, or just loop back with generic suggestions but without providing anywhere to create a ticket.

I agree that that sounds like it should work. But (a) that page isn’t responsive currently, and (b), when it was working, it just asks for a text description of what’s wrong. If I type anything related to “falling through the world” and “disconnecting” it suggests the things I’ve tried already, the service that doesn’t work, or just sends me to a menu that cycles back on itself. Please provide a link that actually allows me to create a ticket.

Same issue happen to me as well. Been falling tough world for 12hrs. Instantly get disconnected. The link provided did work, and i was able to submit ticket.

Edgewood Aerie Peak US is the character with the issue.

I got a response within 24 hours (believe it was about 12 hours) and was freed from the void.
Shouldn’t be too long though!
