They literally went to every piece of artwork in the game that depicted a beautiful woman and turned it into a still life painting of fruit, or some other inanimate object. This was only done after the sexual harassment scandal to act as if they were changing their ways.

From what I understand the one piece of artwork that was changed into a bowl of fruit was done so because the developer who created that art used a female Blizzard employees likeness, without her permission, and despite multiple complaints over the years the senior staff refused to do anything about it until after those senior staff were tossed out for being abusive, sexist creeps.
