Faerin class needed

she went from “i don’t need anything” to “i need something complicated”.
(in the same minute)

how is grammar gonna change any of that? youre weird  muted.

We’ll add it as a fourth spec to Warriors.

We’ll call it Arm.

That’s really not what happened. She said she didn’t need anything generic that she wasn’t used to, but IF you were so pressed about giving her something, then it would have to be something that was adapted to her.

Again, basic comprehension. I’m sure you heard the dialogue in French, so… it’s really not an issue of language. You just didn’t understand what was happening.

Or maybe you just muted it, too… and that would explain why you also have no idea…

Sub class then. Basically, what paladin talent setup seem reasonable.

Well lets be honest Luxuria. We’re asking an awful lot from a generation trained by their professors to believe they is the bestest most speshul an smartest people who eveh has existed in all of the time the human race has ever existed. You can tell this by seeing how well hukt un foniks werked fer thim.

We simply need a character that is lacking the most critical appendage, a brain; to complete the trifecta of 3 specs.

A Kargath spec, A Faerin spec and a …waitaminute. -looks at the WoW Community and stares- “Light be merciful…”

Actually, she carries a type of shield suitable to, well, “hide behind”. It is not suitable for advanced shield bashing and such, it is not an offensive shield. So, for one with limited arm movement (she got a stump) that shield is a good choice.

Not at all what was said. She said a prosthetic doesn’t work for her but she would appreciate focus on better shock absorption.

You are saying someone walked back not liking driving because they wanted new tires on their bicycle.

Realistically the shield is pretty terrible from a defensive standpoint because she has no mobility with it. She shouldn’t be able to effectively put it up in front of her, but the game lets her do it anyway because she’s using standard human female skeletal animations which gives her an “invisible arm” to use.

It’s just not a big deal because frankly most characters in this game have equipment that realistically would be pretty terrible, so yet another character with impractical equipment isn’t anything special.

and virtually nobody obeys the laws of physics anyway.

I love jumping from high places on the regular, but magically we survive because we landed in water.

I really hope no one thinks that’s how it works in real life lol

You should try talking to disabled people. You might learn something.

That is an assumption. While you probably are right that SOME people would behave that way that is hardly a universal behaviour.

Personally, my “problem” with Faerin is the discrepancy between cinematic Faerin and in game Faerin. Cinematic Faerin appear to be a battle-hardened veteran much older than her in game version.

But her we are assuming that the cinematic nerubian is an enemy. Perhaps not. Maybe they, and the Arathi and the Earthen and others have formed an alliance to face off with some powerful enemy ten years later. Probably not but it would fit the age discrepancy better.

She’s the Conquistador/ duelist class. One handed thrusting weapon, and gun with half plate.

We’re gonna complain about the practicality of her shield while the armor every female in the DF splash screen looks like it will stab them in the chest if they bend forward two inches? Okay.

The best way to avoid any falling damage is by far being a rogue and actually grappling yourself into the ground even faster.

You liked to use the f slur and r slur as a teenager didn’t you.

You probably miss those days.

not the way it stuck with me. she started not needing any of his materials to needing materials and time from the guy. that’s what stuck with me.

just like someone that says they don’t want fries but then takes your fries anyways.
yes they like fries all along… thats not the point.

i wish she stayed with the “i’m good, help the others instead” attitude.

Tower shields are not for high mobility use and such shields could even be strapped to the arm. However, in combat you really want to stand in some kind of shield wall. The ultimate in size tower shield would be the roman Scutum. They were not meant to be wielded; they were essentially mobile walls.

Apart from that and judging from the cinematic I doubt that she is actually blind on her left side. She clearly has some form of light-based eye prosthetic. This is probably in the form of faith-based blessing.

Or being a warrior and just leaping onto the ground faster but :sparkles:heroically :sparkles:

Paladins can time an immunity shield to survive the impact. Actually, most classes have something such as priests’ levitation for example, but I do not know if shamans got anything.

Shamans get a forwards gust of wind leap that resets fall speed and damage
