Faction change times

Hello,

anyone else seeing the faction change time taking FOREVER? i started mine 4 hours ago (horde to alliance on illidan) and i am still " Processing… this may take several minutes"

on top of that i now have an clone of my BE with the name “Zarret45A603” how much longer is this guna take or do i need to do something on my end to push it though?

Faction Change?

Did faction change, customized character and then it got stuck and now i cannot log into the character. It initially said it would take a few minutes but its been over half an hour and it just says unable to log in.
