Faction change issue

Husband has a stuck faction change, ticket # US105303979.

It hasn’t been 24 hours yet, but this wasn’t a purchased change, it was one that was just sitting on the account from a previous purchase many months ago. So no bank interaction. Is this normal for changes that were previously purchased? Or should he be concerned?

I did a faction change yesterday and it’s been 22 hours and change for me so far. It was a just-purchased one. Maybe whatever caused the maintenance this morning is also affecting processing time? This is the first time it’s taken more than an hour or two for me, but it apparently happens.

Open a purchase failure ticket and have gm take a look at it.

I haven’t done a ticket yet, let me know if that actually helps. I read a note somewhere that they can’t speed the process up so I’ve just been lurking to see if other peeps were having the same issue.

Thwy cant speed it up but if its been more then 24hrs they can cancel it.

I used a faction change this morning that was purchased over a month ago, still no progress. In fact the little cog wheels disappeared and it looks as if the faction change was just used up with no affect at all; only difference being it won’t let me log into the character still. guess we all picked the wrong day to use one

I still have the little cog wheels, but I just hit a full 24 hours. I may give it until the morning before I open a ticket since it’ll take 2 or 3 days to get a response anyways. Guess I’m not playing that character for the holiday weekend! Boo!

Also having this issue sadly. Purchased and processed mine this morning and we are going on around 8ish hours now. I haven’t had one take much more than 30-45 minutes the other 2/3 times I’ve done this as well, so I was starting to get worried. I guess it’s a bit better it’s not just a me issue. Hopefully fixed soon.

Technically all digital purchases can take up 2 24hrs to fully process.

yeah unfortunately i was hoping to level that character today and this weekend. guess that wont be happening either lol

It’s about 15 hours from purchasing & using it now. I’ve checked my order status and it says complete, so it cannot be payment verification. Please help.

On your character select scream please look for a token in the upright hand corner, let confirm that first, if it’s not there please submit a ticket using the purchase failure option.

I’m on 24 hours and counting. Several other folks have reported it taking a while in another thread here. You’re not alone!

The only remedy is to wait 24 hours and then open a ticket.

I don’t have any outstanding issues, but I think enough folks are seeing issues that it is worth a look just to make sure.

I’ve let some folks know so they can take a look. I doubt we will hear back tonight, but the report is in and I’ll provide what updates I can if I hear anything.

Same issue here, about 24hrs just locked out of charater, had some gready goblins to tag…

I’m about to hit the 24hr mark, from what I was told you can get cancel&refund after 24h? Does anybody know how to do it?

Open a purchase failure ticket and have a GM take a look.

That being said have u checked ur purchase history.
