Now my faction change just canceled out. No reason given why. It’s not mail or anything. It was underway and said it would be completed in “minutes” and now I have the token again and the change never happened.

Mine has been close to an hour and still hasn’t gone through.

My change is also frozen. Has been for a good while now. (3 hours) I’ve tried completely restarting bnet/wow etc and it’s still just “Processing” on Lunariel-TheScryers

I’ve got two characters stuck with faction changes. A race change went through fine (purchased thinking I would be able to use that to stay in guild)

Mines been stuck for atleast an hour

my bf’s character Brewrosia on Area 52 has been stuck for at least an hour. the purchase went through just fine but its been stuck on changing his blood elf into a lightforged draenei :confused:

he’s restarted the game completely, the browser as well and its stuck on the processing step.

I have two that have been stuck for an hour or more. I was able to customize the characters but its stuck on the processing step.

Unfortunately, I dont really want to start the story stuff on anyone but my druid so Im kinda stuck.

Edit: I have relogged and relaunched the launcher as well.

Please keep in mind that with an influx of character services, these services can take upwards of 24 hours.

If it goes beyond 24 hours, you’ll want to reach out to Blizzard via a ticket.

Main toon here has been stuck for going on hour 2 at this point. Stuck in the “Processing…” step.

I’ve restarted everything a few time to check and been in and out of an alt. Sucks to not be able to do much at the moment.

Especially given that they KNEW people would be faction changing as part of the new release. Poor performance as always, Blizz. Reminds me of why I quit this game a few years ago.
