Faction Change frozen for anyone else?

How long does this generally sit on “processing” for most people? It has been well beyond “several minutes”.

This looks very recent. I’d give it just a bit of time - as well as fully relog - both game and launcher if it hasn’t picked up.

it’s been an hour at least for me… still waiting. did it break??

just in case i even restarted my pc… as of like 5 min ago. :slight_smile:

My faction transfer has been frozen/sitting on processing for nearly an hour now too - have tried several full relogs of Bnet client and game.

now the issues are we can’t be promoted cuz we “don’t have an authenitcator” when i do. lol logged out… logged back in USING the authenticator
and still no go.

But you haven’t had it on THAT character the necessary time. Most character services recreate the character. To the game, it is a new one - distinct from the old. Where guild things and authenticators come into play - it’s not only that you have one, but you’ve had one long enough - and in this case that would be started from when you first logged into the character. Does that make any sense?

I’m having this same problem. I started my transfer roughly an hour and a half ago and I’m stuck in limbo. Character is Oriäx, changing from Horde to Alliance. Just has a cog next to it that says “Processing…”. Tried closing everything out and logging back in several times, also tried logging onto other characters and my druid is still in limbo.

Does this guild require an authenticator for all members? If so, it would be the same.
