I played one for a bit at the start of dragonflight just couldn’t really get into it .
Not how the character looked but the rotation wasn’t my cup of tea. Fine with running around looking like a skinny Black Dragon
So like me and the majority of players were like totally talking and we like totally think Dracthyr should have Visage form at all times because it’s what the majority want and I totally totally speak for them.

Yes agreed, 100% we can play in both forms and we should stick to one if we want to
me personally i think the whole worgen thing could be resolved by a toggle in the barber/character to give your human character a stormwindian, gilnean, or kul tiran accent

Look guys the request here is to have the option for the incombat to stay in the draconic human form thats all nothing else to be changed or deleted, having the option will be better in general, dont ask me about worgens or any of that never played one and never will. Some evokers want to be in combat in their human form and some want to be in their lizard form, give us both options win win. Flying all that other stuff no you have to be in your dragon form!
I’d roll an evoker as another race if I could, I enjoy the class I hate the race is locked too.
The evoker class should have been an option for every playable race in game and you customise your drachtyr alongside your chosen race.
The ability that lets you change back into visage after combat should have just been changed back into visage after using an ability that requires you to look like a dragon. (Just like demon hunters).

Being in the Draconic human form still makes you a dragon you have the physical customization to do so. In a normal human race you do not!
I want to able stay in human when playing my worgen too then I be able to play my worgen death knight. Any welcome change on my evoker main if they are doing it
Should be going after blizz for using your non transmog headshot on the forums. Visage forms on forums!
Your Worgen can actually be Human, Evokers can’t be anything but lizards. That’s the difference. I’d gladly play a Blood Elf Evoker and never touch Dracthyr again, I just don’t have the option to.

Personally, I think it’d look pretty stupid having a human hovering and gliding and breathing fire out of its mouth.

So i see your point but the different is when you change from a werewolf to a human “Worgen” the human is literally a human form right or am i wrong? with Dracthyr the difference is when you change from 'Dragon form" to “Draconic human form” or if you wanted to use “Visage form” they have physicall customization that still makes you a dragon in that form compared to worgens so people comparing the 2 doesnt make sense to me?
Yep! So many games have voice customizations.
Couldn’t you just make a human death knight? Why bother picking Worgen if you want to be in human form?

There is an excellent RP/Flavor element for Blizzard to do with Dracthyr as other classes–
As a product of experimentation that was ‘incomplete, undesirable, etc’ perhaps this could lend to the caste of Dracthyr who were unable to become Evokers. For whatever reason, they could not fully utilize the results of their experimentation…
But it was a new dawn for the Dracthyr as of the end of Dragonflight. Why couldn’t these ‘outcast’ Dracthyr find inspiration from the new allies they had gained, and take up the styles of Hunters, Warriors, etc basic classes in order to still contribute in the only way they were capable of?
Sadly, it seems Blizzard has missed this entirely logical and perfect storythread.
No one is claiming they can’t be other classes.
But they shouldn’t be fighting in Visage form is the hill I’m dying on.
