Seems kind of unhealthy to restrict their time to gear. That’s essentially going to encourage them to go 24/7 as long as possible. Should just decide their gear ahead of time.

The discussion they led was that balancing classes for Esports meant they couldn’t build classes to be more fun because you have to balance around the esport. Meaning that it would make the game less fun and a worse product for the day to day customer. All because Bobby wanted that esport $$$. Which btw mostly was unsuccessful because he wouldn’t invest enough money to make it successful. meaning it was a lose lose.
