Ehh perdue in that sense is usually used as like “lol wow t’es vraiment perdue aujourd’hui” as in you’re really confused/distracted/lacking focus more so than usual
In rarer cases you could say someone is “il est vraiment perdu, celui la…” if you see someone mumbling to himself and swinging his arms at nothing in particular, but i’ve definitely heard “mental, détraqué and attardé” more than perdu in that case
Could also be a regional thing though
