Most likely can upgrade it like the legendary bow during the final season since that system is coming back.
I did LFR last night and didn’t get it. Buff the embers more.

They should put BLP on itens and mounts for all contents. You are absolutely right when you say that this grind and rng sucks all the joy from playing…its happening to me…i cant do the same thing every week and never see the item drop…i want invencible, and it never drops…it should have blp as all mounts and items…i am tired of playing wow because of that

Yeah but not having your mount - isn’t getting you kicked from the content you do want to play by the community. It’s not making you sit the bench because the other player of your same spec has the legendary and is just, by default, capable of 8.7% more dps than you are. There’s a huge difference.
And now that they’re literally handing these things out like candy - those of us that don’t have it - might as well just raid log and not participate in other facets of the game. It is what it is.
The whole thing is a snafu because they never disclosed what people should actually expect.
If they’d done that from the outset, players might have been unhappy that it wouldn’t likely drop in LFR and normal without extraordinary luck, but they also would be able to judge how worthwhile it would be for them to run the raid at those difficulties for that reason.
In the future, Blizz, PLEASE be more forthcoming about the likelihood of receiving rare or legendary drops that aren’t part of the regular loot table so that players can set their expectations accordingly. That’s really all there is to it.

Again i think wowheads numbers are very wrong…ive seen 3 drop in normal BEFORE the embers got hotfixed noooo way those numbers are that low and ive just witnessed insane luck 3 times

I thought the legendary was cool until I saw 10 people last night with it after the “fix” now I’m like wow ok, this is getting kinda lame now. Everyone is going to have it and now it’ll be like… oh wow you have the legendary… neat I guess… so do those other people over there… and they guy that just walked past us… and 5 others in my guild… oh and my dog just got it last night

It doesn’t matter to me how many people have it. Instead of “bad luck” protection, they should’ve done shards like Shadowmourne. Keep players coming back, players feel like they are building towards something and it would eliminate the terrible feeling of killing him on heroic for weeks and then fresh warrior alt gets it immediately on LFR.

At this point in the season with how randomly they have been giving them out. It’s probably just time to pull the ripcord and admit complete RNG legendries are awful. As a DK, I don’t fully feel like my class is entirely balanced around having it but there is certainly a gap between the haves and the have nots.

All I’m saying is if they completely do away with RNG, you won’t be able to turn a corner without someone having the legendary. I guess if that’s what you want, go for it. To me, that sounds very disappointing. I used to tell
players early in the seasons congrats when I saw someone with it. They probably ran it every week and got a little lucky too. But now, when I see 5 people with it in org alone, I just think “ok”? This is nothing special at all. But hey, if you guys want everyone to be the same, go for it guess.
