If she’s the first titan, she’d be the exact same age as the titans. She’s not bound to the mortal plane, the titans are.

This was a minion of the Shadow, a living avatar. Not a Void Lord. So comparing a minion of the Shadow is not the same as comparing a Titan to Elune.

This is talking about the creation of the Universe. When the Titans were first born. The planets are like the eggs, keeping the Titan’s essences inside, until ready to form a body.
I am pretty sure that Elune is something far superior to a Titan. She was there before the universe began.

Check her wowpedia page? Khadgar, the titans themselves. The fact that the legion was hunting the titans. If Elune is the mother of all Titans why didn’t Sargeras make her his first target? You’ve got nothin.

I don’t feel like she is a titan or titan queen either, elune is more of a compliment to azeroth, so either is azeroth itself or is like her mothers spirit in a way that isn’t physical anymore but can still protect the egg.
Tbh, i think her and Argus are probably the most important titans. Azeroth(Elune) being the Titan of Creation and Argus being the Unmaker, the ending of the life cycle.
Elune is 100% not azeroth.

I do not think that Elune is a titan. It has been known that the Taurens do not worhsip Elune, because they worship the Earthmother. We all know that the Earthmother is Azeroth. So, they are two differnt beings.

Azeroth is a Nascent titan with very limited power and has to have a speaker, Magni, interpret her issues. She can’t even speak. She is not Elune. That is a known fact btw.

Yeah I agree with this too, the tauren and night elves have both worshipped the same god but don’t speak to eachother, so either elune is some sort of old god or is azeroths spirit itself
A decent enough speculation, except that the demi-gods specifically referred to as ‘Old Gods’ are the creation of the Void Lords, sent out to find and corrupt the worlds that contain budding Titans. Elune is far older than that.
Your use of the label ‘old god’ would be technically correct, if it weren’t used to categorize a specific ‘set’ of deities, because she is a god that’s very old…and I think that’s part of the problem we are all having in this thread. We keep saying she’s the first Titan, or the first Naaru, or perhaps even a representation of the light itself…and one, or none, of those could be accurate. More likely, she’s in a category all her own…but how could we possibly know?

True, but there is always something that can relate the the same being if there are two religions based on her. In this case there is not. We have two different religions, with no relations to another. That is why the religions state that Azeroth and Elune are two different beings.
So if old god are void lords pooped out than maybe elune is like a sun and the moon god, which seems pretty close to light and darkness to me anyways. eclipse and what not
