Elune might be older and more powerful than we ever imagined

I can concede to that. I still however believe she is a titan and probably the first. She doesn’t necessarily have to be Azeroth, but I believe she is a titan that doesn’t share a seat on the Pantheon.

She does not have physical form, the titans are bound to physical form. Ergo, not a titan.

Nothing can pierce self-insert Nathanos’s plot armor, it’s thicker than Sylvanas’s and Jaina’s combined if I may say.

She gave birth to a physical form, which gives her old god like powers of being able to mind control / reproductive control, sargeras has that power too.

Titans (as we define them) aren’t really, truly full-fledged gods. They are ‘born’ from within a world…an egg of sorts, if you will…and seem to be only slightly superior than the (Void Lord created) Old Gods, if you take into account the past battles between them. The Titans serve the ‘Light’…the forces of order…while the Old Gods serve the chaotic Void.

Elune, as described by Blizzard in both books and quest text, is neither. In fact, that is pretty much all we know of her…that she preceded the creation of all the other ‘gods’. We just don’t know enough to solidly identify, classify, and typecast her as anything, other than…old.

Let’s list what we know about the titans vs. Elune.

The Titans:
Destroy a planet in a single blow.
Created god like beings to watch over the planet.
Create pocket dimensions to seal the elemental lords.
Imprison entire races.
Instantly destroy an old god.
Assign dragons to watch over the world.
*Create the Emerald Dream.

The watchers:
Create angelic beings that can restore life to the dead.
Create prison dimension.
Create life.
Create floating island in the sky.
Have magnificent flaming beard.

Elune:
Guide the NE.
Grant the NE shadowmeld.
Grant the NE healing magic.
Talk to one NE.
Create a celestial object out of a dragon aspect.

List them in the same context please.

You forgot that she will bless NEs with her vengeance if they offer heads.

Which is again 100% speculation by him w/o proof that Tyrande (her high priestess who actually talks with her) seems to contradict.

then go ahead and add to it.

He has a point though where he shows that Elune isn’t exactly as powerful as something like Sargeras or even Kil’jaeden, Elune hasn’t really done anything in 15 years, maybe shes been waiting for the birth of azeroth? who knows.

List how many times Khadgar has been wrong about the issues such as this he’s addressed. He’s been a plot vehicle more than a few times.

That isn’t how it works. He made a speculation and Elune’s high priest told him he was wrong.

Almost everything.

Nearly all of the powers you attributed to the Titans is an exaggeration of what they’ve done. They’ve never destroyed a planet in ‘a single blow’, nor have they ‘instantly’ destroyed an Old God.

In the battle that took place between them on ancient Azeroth, they defeated the Old Gods to be sure, and even ‘killed’ two of them…but at the cost of one of their own, and they only succeeded in imprisoning the rest. That’s a pretty good indication that they are only slightly superior in power.

Dark matter full of energy under intense gravity pressure made light.

Fixed that for you. Nice fan fiction though. Zandalari Troll Murloc Saints confirmed

So her faith is the end all be all is what you’re saying right? Everything she says about Elune is correct? Just making sure that’s what you’re going with.

But that is the beauty of Elune. She doesn’t interfere with death. Death is not something to be stopped. She will aid you with her blessing, but she will not interfere with you dying.

The most she will do is make you not suffer, ie she made the burning elves on Teldrassil not feel pain.

Additionally, Elune interfered with one person dying that i know of and that is Malfurion. She pacified Saurfang before he dealt the killing blow on him.

"With a heave of his blade, Sargeras split the world in two. "

“Aman’Thul himself reached down through Azeroth’s stormy skies and took hold of Y’Shaarj’s writhing body. With a heave of his mighty arm, he tore the Old God from the crust of the world. In that moment, Y’Shaarj’s bulk was ripped apart.”

That was their forces they sent to Azeroth. They didn’t get involved until their forces had trouble.

“The Pantheon grew concerned that the Old God would overwhelm their servants. Despite the risk of harming the world, they decided to take direct action.”

The Titans don’t get directly involved because they are literally too powerful. They create god like servant instead that act on their behalf.

That is why my conjecture based on what we know is that Elune is a titan watcher. Clearly a god like being with god like powers, but hardly a supreme being.

So you do realize that she actually talks with Elune? You are going with baseless speculation from Khadgar and that is your entire base. Since you have taken a single piece of baseless speculation as fact there is really no talking to you.
