Gut this thing immediately, its actually insane what this thing does against comps that go for cc chains. As you can see my spec can manipulate it on healers but requires entirely too much and there are not alot of specs with the tools to do it. Caster cleaves having this a whole other level of disgusting. Here is a game vs Arms/Affy/Hpala, literally one setup gets disrupted with pally sac.
