Since last week I have not seen any Dawnweave or Duskweave drop for my Tailor. I have 30 points into Quality Fabric, 30 in Textile Treasures, 30 in From Dawn Until Dusk and 30 in Duskweave Tailoring. Early last week drops were fine, but suddenly nothing. I have lots of the regular Weaver cloth but the Duskweave and Dawnweave are non existant. Please let us know if this is a bug or if you nerfed the drop rate for some reason. No response in over a week is almost insulting.

Customer Support has nothing to do with either bug reporting or drop rate information.
For the former, you want the Bug Report forum, but most reported bugs are not acknowledged by anyone working for Blizzard. For the latter, drop rates are considered game hints and absolutely off limits for the CS organization to discuss.

They have not responded an any of the other posts I have seen so I put this one here so hopefully someone sees it. The issue at this point is a lack of communication on their part.
Whoever responds, it won’t be a developer. If it happens at all, it would be a Support Forum Agent (SFA) who will, I believe, reiterate the points I made.

As Sniper said, we don’t know what the drop rate of an item is, and they’re not going to tell us. Not everything is gonna drop a given item on each death, or not drop them at all. As he said before, if you think it’s a bug, bug reports it is. But the bug reports ain’t a two-way street, they’ll only reply if they need more info. Otherwise, it’s the folks who man that form will just take the data and move it along if need be.

I see it, Shinrel, but I can’t really do anything with that as customer support has no involvement with game development.
If you believe the drops are bugged I would encourage you to submit a bug report in the Bug Report forum or via the in-game option in the Support Menu.
If you feel the drop rate is too low I recommend posting in the Professions forum with that feedback.

Since you mentioned “no response” in your thread in the Bug Report forums I did want to note that the Bug Report forum is a one way reporting system. QA doesn’t generally post responses to the reports made there. They collect reports from that forum and use them to investigate, they’ll only post if they need more information.
