Just completed a M+10 and couldn’t loot the chest due to the bug. I don’t really care about the loot but I really need those gilded crests 
Haven’t seen anything come to my in game mail. Does it take time?

Just to set some expectations for when the issue is resolved:
The Postmaster will not send the following loot to your in-game mail:
- Quest items
- Items left on corpses in the outside world
- Bind on Equip items
- Items gained from Fishing, Herbalism, or Mining
- Currencies ←
That isn’t a promise, just be aware game masters are generally hands off when it comes to content that can be repeated indefinitely.

The game has been in this state since about 4pm CST today and Blizzard has done nothing. 
At the very least we could get a banner warning players about server issues.
