Anyone who thinks they have a legitimate claim to dual specs in TBC doesn’t have a freakin clue about where they are or what time it is so when they talk about failed educations I pay attention because they are pretty good evidence of that.
I have never said that I have a legitimate claim to dual specs in TBC, I think you are reading between the lines.
Blizzard has encouraged feedback from their playerbase on changes to TBC. Players are providing feedback on QOL changes. We are not demanding anything (at least I’m not), I am asking for something and providing reasons why.
You need a jump to conclusions mat.
A more accurate comparison is this
No teacher gave you good grades so Any of your teachers could have failed you.
This implies that he should have failed everything but the teachers decided to pass him.
The words in front of ANY matter.
If that were the case you would have dipped from the convo long ago having agreed with me that you dont have any right to them and we can just forget this ever happened. Instead, you are arguing with my mere preference, same as yours btw, that I not have dual specs in TBC as the TBC god intended.
Its just more double think. Its worrying really. Very dangerous indulgence if you do it for every single point in any given discussion. Its the kind of thing that can really hurt your credibility.
In what universe do you live where players ever have any right to demand anything in a game? I’ve never thought this, or said it.
The developers actively encouraged suggestions, I guess you still haven’t read this:
Patrick Dawson: “No changes” being our guiding principle for WoW Classic made it very easy to make decisions on it. We just went to the reference client and went to that. But one thing we learned as we went through the release of the content in Classic is that [no changes] may not always be in the best interest of the players. Putting back in things like spell batching made the game feel a little less crisp. It was authentic, but it’s not what modern players want. The community today is so different from what the community was back in 2007 that it had us take a different philosophy with Burning Crusade , where we actually started to allow ourselves to make some changes that were in the best interests of the players that will continue to develop alongside the community.
This means that they have given ALL of us the go ahead to ask for things, contribute, and continue to develop alongside them.
Do you understand the difference between ‘want’, ‘need,’ ‘don’t want,’ ‘deserve,’ and ‘feel’?
I’m done (again) responding to you as you’re actually just trolling at this point, and haven’t even read the paragraph above. If you’ve read it and still think the same way you do now, then you’re either delusional or you need to expand your vocabulary.
Youre just one of those all too common pro dual spec birds who does one thing and says another. See, you’re an idiot and so you assume I am one too. Everything in between just wastes both our time as you try to explain away your comments as something other than they distinctly implied.
Maybe you cant see the contradiction between 'they seem very much likely vs I never said I thought they were likely - many have tried - all have failed. Ah well, logic can be a mother like that sometimes.
Since we ultimately agree that dual specs in TBC are not needed or deserved or warranted then we can part ways. Literally no reason to disgrace TBC in this way. Youre right then, no dual specs in TBC, TY for confirming.
Hints: if people cry loud enough, they will change. But don’t hold your breath for that.
nah they wont do dual spec for a single motive, it has nothing to do with authentic tbc and all the other BS that those guys that are against said in this thread. It basicly boils down to they will have to develop and we all know they arent spending a penny more then is needed to run the servers
My opinion is to reduce the cost to 20g. Little coding required
So Feywaif, are you sure you want to claim completing the fishing cooking and fires of skettis (or bomb them again, the ogrila daily) isn’t doable in under 10 min average or that it can’t be done in an average of about 10 minutes? However you want to word it really.
Saying something like this is about as meaningful or useful as saying “it could rain sometime in the future!”.
Like yeah, no duh their could be changes (nebulous completely unspecific in nature).
We’re here to discuss if dual spec could be a change that they would or will implement.
The answer to this question is invariably no, and normally that would be the end of it but no, not for this infinite fountain of whiners.
Unless you have inside information from blizzard no the answer is not invariably no. The answer is that based on the scope of changes they’ve already made dual spec is very much within the realm of possible.
I disagree! I’ve never been a fan of dual-spec personally, but I honestly don’t care that much. I’m really just posted here so this character will show up on WCL.
Happy hunting.

Video proof.
Just to prove all you do is slander.
They literally have to do this feature for wrath anyway, and seeing as wrath was basically confirmed, its probably already been done
and that’s exactly when you’ll get dual spec.
You keep saying that and yet here we are: likely dual spec-less for the entirety of (relevant) TBC.
Oh so you are admitting it’s possible blizzard will add dual spec.
Oh so you are admitting it’s possible blizzard will add dual spec.
It’s Blizzard’s game, so technically anything is “possible”, but just because something is possible doesn’t mean it’s probable.
At this point in the expansion, to think there’s a 50/50 chance of it being added is pretty delusional and basically ignoring reality.
