Dual spec don’t go against the design of TBC, it actually corrospond with it very well, it just were not in TBC, but fit perfectly with the design goals of TBC.

I’d say your claim is counter to caring about those dps. “Blizzard I want to be able to DPS any time that I feel like it ONLY to heal when I need something and ONLY then while multiple DPS are still sitting in queue looking for a healer.” Yeah your DS fix sure showed those guys right? After you heal your one dungeon for a quest and go back to ignoring everyone screaming for healers… Yep… DS fixed the problem for you. Don’t disguise it as a victory for everyone.

Guess you didn’t read my post. I want to be able to dps any time that I feel like it so I’m speccing dps on my druid. I’m not going to heal with her at all. I’ll mostly farm, do quests, and the occasional dungeon. Druids are great for farming herbs. Just like I did with my druid the first time around. I’ll heal when dual spec comes out in wrath just like I did 15 years ago. So will other people and there will be more tanks and healers and more dps getting a group in wrath.
I did read your post. And you claim you will only heal when you get dual spec. That’s it, it’s your only term that you’ll do it. And you are the kind of healer we don’t want. You get Dual spec, you’ll heal in a dungeon when you personally need it. We need healers who run 5 to 10 dungeons a day because they want to heal. Not pseudo healers. Actual healers. Not the “I heal for me” crowd.
I tanked hundreds of dungeons as a bear from 18 to 70 and am still tanking. Do you think they want a tank like me or a tank who will only tank on the off chance they can’t get a tank for themselves and be done with it? If you can’t see you genuinely contribute nothing, then you never will. It’s a victory for you at your leisure, not one for the community. If you want to just come out and say it’s selfish and you want it for you, I respect that. But it’s asinine to speak like everyone who can heal or tank but refuses to is some savior in the rough but the big bad “No dual spec” crowd is keeping them from being what they already can be if they really wanted to be that solution.

I think dps wants to group and will take any tank or healer they can get. Even if they’re inexperienced and the run is a struggle. It’s better than not getting a tank or healer and not getting to do the dungeon. Heap lots of costs on tanks and healers and some of the people choosing classes with a tank or healing option will make the same choice as the dps classes. Choose a dps spec and not heal or tank.
But you are free to inform all the tanks and healers you run with that you don’t want them unless they do 5 to 10 dungeons a day. You can leave the group if they refuse to promise they’ll run 5 to 10 dungeons a day.

If in a full day you can’t run 5 or more dungeons with these being as easy as they are, then I have so many questions about how you’re able to play this game. Especially as a mage with spell cleave being so stupidly efficient for dungeons.
If you want to be optimized for the content you are doing than you should be CONTENT with paying the 50g!

And that’s not for him to decide. Why does he think we aren’t allowed to ask Blizzard to change it. He can have w/e opinion, but his opinion doesn’t matter more than ours.
So if the majority shares this opinion, who is he to say what “should” be and what shouldn’t?!

The warp stalker mobs are in netherstorm so it doesn’t really break immersion lol nice try though.
