Funny how I’ve said multiple times I’m pointing out the difference in the intentions between DS and buff limit and all you hear is “You hate dual spec” when I’ve also said multiple times I have no problems with it. Just the game was never designed for it to be necessary.
This is easily debunked with 30 seconds of thought about parsing, raid comp, loot, or anything related.
No, it’s not. The little DEI woke agenda is over and bad opinions are bad opinions again. You have terrible opinions.
don’t try to drag politics into this
You’d lose that argument too.
nope if going for speed runs or parses u gonna want 30 warriors
I agree that’s the case. Was talking about Meta gameplay. Whoosh
haha yeah the super meta is to have multiple raids in order to funnel all the warriors the gear
I love how Eyr gets manhandled in every thread and then disappears only to come back a little later and repeat the same thing.
Where is the dislike button again ?
Just make it so you can only change spec in rested areas. Problem solved
What problem?
Honestly thinking about going back to Era lol. Fresh is full of the “wait TBC bro” types who hate playing Vanilla. Era before the Wrath locust swarm was so comfy and I loved playing with people who actually liked the game. Crazy how that worked.
Seems to be about the same crowd that was playing Era at launch.
For whom yes vanilla was a stepping stone to TBC(or just a short term nostalgia fix)
So not a real big change from launch. Color me surprised.
I disagree. Personally I think a more enjoyable change would be to remove or seriously limit respecting. Would add an element of choice and consequence instead of the cake and eat it too approach we have now that I for one would find extremely engaging. I wouldn’t advocate for that though because I know most players prefer to limit the level of adversity they have to overcome.
As long as they come back to vanilla wow after the ruinous changes have added up though its fine.
Oh no. People can optimize their specs and make the game more fun. How dare they use everything to their advantage. Everyone should be stuck to one option and hate themselves
It’s odd they keep calling it a retail feature when it came with wotlk…the highest sub game of all of wow.
Changes are good. I dislike many aspects of Vanilla, like watching all the folks who mention that you can only tank raids with Warriors despite multiple other classes clearly intended to fulfill that role who just need a few extra tools to do exactly that. That’s just one example from an entire laundry list but we can’t go futzing with the formula because clearly Vanilla was peak design despite both Burning Crusade and Wrath obliterating it TWICE now. Once in the original progression cadence and then again with the first Classic run in 2019.
That being said I also like some of the things that I can only get in older versions of the game. Seals on Paladins are fun and a mostly abandoned feature in Retail currently. Which again is just one thing in another rather large list. I don’t mind having them reconsider aspects of the older versions and attempting some different takes. I’ll follow along for the ride.
For anyone that wants something that clearly attempted to keep the experience close to the original Era hasn’t gone anywhere, you’ll just have to grind a bit against an established player base (which they kind of earned by sticking it out there all these years) until you’re in your own BiS. Hell go ahead and continue demanding new Era servers so that Blizzard sees an audience for it but the seasonal content we’ve had so far as well as Anniversary here would suggest that they see more potential in experimenting and adjusting.
