I disagree. I think there are positives and negatives to it and it destroys your class identity if you can change in raid on the fly with no repercussions. Think of it as you pick your path from level 1 and now in raid you can change on the fly because they don’t need that extra tank, or healer, or you want to do more damage for these AOE pulls or for this single target fight. You just switch like that BAM. It’s not vanilla like.
