Dragon riding takes me from A to B just fine and I’ve done a bunch of exploring with it. It’s actually way more fun.

Well too bad this isnt flying. It’s called dragon riding. These are two different things that just act a little similar, but they are not the same. So get gud.

Try dragonriding with severe CP. I have hand control issues due to CP. I would rather have normal slow flying then to deal with this BS.
They should have given the option between the two.

This. It’s unfortunately very common and that feedback has been given since Day 1 of dragonriding alpha testing. Even somebody like myself, who has never been motion sick, is getting it pretty badly from dragonriding.

I am disabled, I play wow, I am managing dragon riding. Nothing better than bronze medals yet, but so what! I feel accomplished when I finish each new course I find, though I’m not selling them out with vigor.

If it’s the one in waking shore by the embassy, just fly up as high as you can go an find a ledge to recharge your vigor before continuing.
I tried that it did not work…the mountain is way to high I would some how find something of equivalent height to reach that one…I would have rather either grinded renown or pay for it in gold…to earn the points in the dragon riding tree…so I could simply do an unlock…going to.pass on dragon riding its reslly not a necessary thing anyway

Didn’t know that. Pretty much head-shots the excuse that you can’t have normal flying because you could cheese all the glyphs when you can just have a friend (or pay someone, guarantee that will be a thing) to do it for you with ride along with ZERO input from the player.

That’s how I did it. You can also farm the lower glyphs until you get more vigor unlocked.
Flying mechanics is fun, vigor isn’t.
If they ditched vigor and kept the new flying physics it would be pure fun.
My skill tree is complete too, save from main story stuff, so i have “good” vigor regen.
You can go in a straight line without having to land, going to great heights? have fun trying to do that, no amount of pitch controlling will alow you to go up a mountain without circling it for minutes.
I am loving it. Maxed out on Glyphs its absolutely amazing. One of the few times I will say THANK YOU BLIZZARD FOR PUTTING THIS FUN IN THE GAME!

I enjoy dragon riding more than normal “flying”
There are people who enjoy right clicking a bobber for hours on end for years now so /shrug
Blizzard so addicted to time-gating they even made a mini-game out of it.

For those that use addons, HandyNotes has a plugin/addon that tells you where all the dragon glyphs are.

Idk, it was rough for a minute while I got used to it. But as soon as I got the quest for my first dragon riding mount, I went and got all the glyphs in all the zones before moving on with questing.
And let me say, the time I spent collecting all the glyphs and upgrading the talent tree thing for it, I got pretty good at dragon riding and I really like it now. The more you do it, the better it gets, imo.
