During The Primalist Front quest in Ohn’ahran Plains, last line of Ohn Seshteng’s dialogue to the player while receiving a scout report for the quest:
“…blessed child of Oh’nahra” should read “Ohn’ahra”

On completing “Dragonscale Expedition: The Highest Peaks” the achievement’s description mentions “Place a flag on 10 of tallest peaks in the Dragon Isles”…missing, I suspect, “the” (i.e.: should read “Place a flag on 10 of the tallest peaks in the Dragon Isles” or “Place a flag on the 10 tallest peaks in the Dragon Isles”).

There is a typo in the tooltip for the item Memory of Tyr.
Use: Grants 2500 reputation with the Valdrakken Accords.
Accords should be Accord.

I have to take breaks from reporting these sometimes because it’s too distracting to spend so much energy wondering what their internal writing/editing process is like. I am dying to know what goes on over there. How many writers/proofreaders do they have? Do they not care about the mistakes? Do they not have time to make it more polished? I am so curious.
Wait, I had a huge comment that I was editing - it had probably 6-7 issues compiled in it - and now it’s gone? What in the world happened?? That’s a bummer, there were some issues in there that I hadn’t seen recorded anywhere, and there’s no way I’ll remember them all 
Too many edits over a short time can trigger the spam filter system here. The Forums run off of Discourse software and can be a tad overzealous at times.

Under the Garmentcrafting specialization for tailors, the tooltip for the first rank of Garmentcrafting says the following:
Improve at tailoring Cloth Armor to take on the most power foes in the Dragon Isles,
It should be “powerful”.
The description for the Textiles tailoring specialization reads oddly.
Specialize in the textiles necessary to craft the most powerful equipment. Learning how to become an expert at unraveling various pieces of cloth, weaving that cloth into bolts, and embroidering various items.
In my opinion, it would read more smoothly as a single sentence.

During the quest Toejam the Terrible for Rowie in Azure Span, near the end he says “…I must use it responsibily!” Should read “responsibly”.

Alright, finally re-compiled most of my lost comment, plus some new ones!
The quest “Lashing Out” has a missing apostrophe: “Its up to you” should be “It’s up to you”.
Orizmu (ID 187310) has a gossip option (“Why do you talk like that? And how do you know my name?”) with a few errors:
“Bronze dragon flight” (should be “Bronze dragonflight”).
“and it’s stewards” should be “and its stewards”.
The quest “Ally of Dragons” refers to Alexstrasza as the “Life-binder”, but this is normally capitalized (i.e. “Life-Binder”).
In the Gelikyr Post inn, the innkeeper is named Bivogosa. However Assistant Innkeeper Durang sells an item called “Bivigosa’s Blood Sausages”. I couldn’t find any record of a different person called Bivigosa, so this seems like an error.
The quest “Continued Waygate Exploration” given by Doc Nanners includes the text “a taught, rolled note.”
This should probably be “taut”, meaning tightly.
Even with this change, the wording is a little awkward. It might be better if it read something like:
[…] hands you a note rolled taut.
or
[…] hands you a tightly-rolled note.
In the quest “A Roc-ing Appetite”, Harleen Chirpsnide refers to someone by the name of Tharzera. The context implies that she’s talking about the nearby dracthyr, but that dracthyr’s name is Segallia. Maybe the name was changed at some point, and this reference was overlooked.
I lost the exact context when my previous forum comment poofed, but at one point during the harpy disguise quest sequence, Harleen Chirpsnide has a gossip option available where Chef Fry-Aerie is misspelled as “Chef Fry-Aeire”.
The text for the quest “Wotcher, Watcher?” quest includes the text “a group of Primalist” (should be Primalists, plural).
Watcher Mara’s spoken dialogue upon turn-in of this quest also contains the same issue - if I remember correctly, it happens twice in there, but again, lost the exact quotes.
After Watcher Mara arrives at the center of the Tyrhold Reservoir, she has a few gossip options available, but she can’t seem to decide whether “Refti” should be capitalized or not.
Zuttiki in Tyrhold Reservoir has some wonky grammar in her gossip options. When she’s asked, “Who are the Refti?”, she says:
[…] soldiers, groundskeepers, anything, and everything Lady Mara needed.
This should be changed to:
[…] soldiers, groundskeepers - anything and everything Lady Mara needed.
Another sentence reads:
My job is to oversee everything even an assault.
This needs either a comma or a dash, like this:
My job is to oversee everything - even an assault.

In The Waking Shores, when you come in range of Dealer Vexil at 34.74, 46.73, they say:

It should have the word “more” added to it so that it instead says:
