Y’all know they added a anti-flying toy for open world pvp that works wonders right? I’m a avid pvp and I’m extremely excited for this new system but the old one doesn’t bother me in the slightest.

Carebears have been ruining WoW for 17 years, now. First with civilians, then with flying. I hope it never comes back. It’s completely ruined the game.

Yeah because I don’t set foot in that trash. People keep saying FFXIV is so nice because of their mods. I believe it’s because they don’t have much PvP and PvPers pretty much avoid it.

I gank lowbies all the time. Don’t opt into wm if you can’t handle it, plain and simple. However, that’s not what this thread is about. You aren’t some hot baked potato yourself out here, so please don’t act like it

They get upset because ganking is the only pvp they can handle and with flight their victims can get away lmao

This flight mechanic, whatever it ends up being, will be something new to the game. Objectively. Blocking someone on the forums won’t change that.
And you’ll forgive me if I don’t care in the slightest about GROUNDING our mounts for some part of an expansion, as that’s been happening since WoD. And people are still acting surprised about it almost 10 years later. Did I say pathetic already? Yeah? Oh well.
I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if they gave us access to “normal” flight at some point in this expansion anyway.

I know transmog and mounts do. Shoot this new flying system is getting more dev time than PvP in the last 3 or 4 expansions combined

I wish I could have a NEVER PvP realm sure would be busier than all those dead 1 sided PvP realms where everyone says they want to PvP but all pick the same faction…

The title made think about all the grind just to get that single water-walking mount because it was literally the only one.
Why the people defending DR keep acting like they said normal flying will be back? The statement was about the entire expansion.
I doubt that. Both the statement and Blizzard/Ian old intentions to remove flying completely indicates this is their way to get away with it for good. Not only they’re pretending to add something “new and interesting” and getting rid of a very important aspect of mobility, but they’re also shoving a ‘borrowed power system’ right into it and people aren’t even noticing.

THAT is a great point.
All that time wasted with a new flight that no one asked for…meanwhle this forum is often ablaze with PvPers wanting things fixed that never seem to get fixed.
THAT is where that time SHOULD have been spent instead of finding excuses to ground my mounts for two years or more.

Personally I think a solo, offline patch is a good idea at this point.
