I don’t play classic anymore & I know the rewards are for retail, I’m not the only one on day 9 with no pet in-game.
Same boat. Been many days. Unlinked and relinked several times. Unlinked on both the Twitch site and Battle.net. No cigar.
Yeah. 12 days. No pet. Working on mount now. /fingerscrossed I have better luck.
Got an update for this, I have just claimed the Fel Drake on twitch & in game at 7:10pm, but the kite, even though claimed on twitch is still not there for me.
Any ideas / help would be great.
Contact twitch and have them resend the kite claim to Blizzard.
im in same boat i hvaent gotten the kite in game nor the mount now they both say they have been claimed and havent showed up in game i made sure both twitch and battelnet are connected to same account ive sub bug reports to both and asked for help from both and 1 blames the other and says the cant dont anything really sad but it is what it is
I just received my reply from my twitch support ticket. They basically said that they can see an account linked but they aren’t able to confirm which account. Also, delivery of the drops is on blizzards end and there’s not much they can do other than recommend checking the correct accounts are linked and to contact blizzard. but they have an insane wait time on tickets and mine keep getting auto closed :\ I did receive my feldrake almost instantly in my game (which was open when i claimed it in my browser) but still no kite :\
I hope we all get the kite, would be nice if there was a way to submit a screen shot to bliz of the connections & claimed item to show things from our end.
I would love for it to be this easy but I’m scared that would be too exploitable and therefore they wouldn’t be able to do it :\ somebody in another forum said a gm mailed it to them but idk how valid that is as I’m waiting for a reply on what he did.
Screenshots wouldn’t be necessary. They have access to our accounts and can see that the mount is present but not the kite.
I always forget that there are some folks that would corrupt ways that would fix it for others.
I have a ticket open in game it had a reply and the comment was that they couldn’t see that it’s connected but then the next day I got the fel drake so it’s a little confusing. I updated the ticket with the information about the mount so… Just waiting now.

I completed and claimed the Dragon Kite pet on Twitch the first day, the 15th, and so far have still not received it on the 29th.
First day of the Fel Drake mount drop, yesterday, I completed and claimed on Twitch in the same way. This morning I see the Drake in my mount log.
Nothing has been changed in either Twitch or Blizzard to warrant any difference between the two.
I have one Blizzard account and one Twitch account.
No rocket surgery or brain scientist needed – or is there? Hmmmm
And have you contacted Twitch to see if they can resend the claim to Blizzard for the kite? It is on Twitch to make sure the accounts who claimed them are flagged and sent to Blizzard.

I received the same information that Iratus did, on that front.
Twitch can tell that a Battle.net account is linked to the Twitch account ( I only have one of each) and that the item was successfully claimed on their end.
Past that they say that it is on Blizz to fulfill the other half of the hand-shake;
“the developer of the broadcasted game is responsible for fulfilling Drop rewards, and it will be necessary to reach out to the appropriate team for assistance”
With Dragon Flight issues being in the forefront, the open in-game ticket is likely a fairy tale dream on my end but I feel I have to try and “reach out to the appropriate team for assistance”.
Yes, Blizzard has to fulfill the kite pet once Twitch successfully tells them to do so. If Twitch doesn’t fulfill their requirement to actively let Blizzard know, then Blizzard is under no obligation to grant the pet. Ask Twitch to resend the authorization to Blizzard.
I’m going through the exact same thing. Kite claimed long ago, still haven’t received. But I received the mount already. Seems odd… I can’t seem to find a solution.

I just made another ticket with twitch linking this comment and asking if its possible for them to resend the authorization. I’ll let you all know what they respond with
