I watched the Twitch streams on the first day and got my 4 hours in and I don’t have the pet. I’m not sure what to do and the support article it links to me isn’t helpful. I’m again not sure what to do.

then it should be in your pet tab in a present box. that’s how it worked for me.
Yeah, it’s not there. I wish it was, but it’s not.
How long was it since you claimed it on Twitch? It took about 20 hours from claiming it before it showed up in my pet tab
I claimed it the morning after. I did the 4 hours and went to bed. I woke up and then I claimed it. So I’m not sure why I don’t have it still.

I’m running into this issue as well. Twitch had stated my account was linked to my Bnet but then when I checked my Bnet account it wasn’t.
I linked it again hoping I can collect the kite.

I don’t understand it. I did the same thing for Rust and got the items immediately. Why is it taking so long for this game?
Not sure especially since when I talk to buddies who play they say they got it a couple of hours later.
Yeah, my buddy also got his 12 hours after the event started and he got in his 4 hours.
It has been two days for me and it still has not arrived in game yet.
Yeah mine said 3 days yesterday. Still no kite.
Now three days for me. Still nothing and my account has been linked, disconnected and linked again. A thread on Reddit with others having the same issue.
Hey Everyone, thought I would give an update here.
I logged in this morning and I finally got it after 3 days. I believe my problem was my BNET account was not linked to twitch. Do not log into twitch and check (as that said I was connected 18 days ago) but log into BNET and make sure it’s connected to twitch.
After I made sure that BNET was connected it was less than 12 hours until I got it. Hopefully you guys all eventually get it.
