Dragon Flight CE and Digital Refuns

I think I know the answer to this. But I had purchased/pre-ordered the Dragon Flight CE, and want the digital bonuses early.

I know to do this I have to purchase the respective digital copy right now, but how exactly does the process work for getting the money back once I have my CE? I just enter the code somewhere and get the money added to my blizz wallet?

I am fine with that, just wanted to double check. And is everything returned like taxes?
