Don't you dare make the Amani join the Void

If it’s not ingame, in a novel or confirmed by blizzard than it never happened and that makes it simply more headcannon garbage

This is such a leap. Would Sylvanas and the Faratriders have even accepted their help? More than likely, Blizzard didn’t care to show how the Amani reacted to the Scourge, considering they’re an “evil race” who left the Horde.

Are you slow? The Amani did not help the High Elves, so they ignored the threat. It’s not difficult to understand.

Again, the Amani did not help the High Elves, so they are evil and don’t care about the land. They will join the Void and be put down.

But don’t worry, I’m sure there’s some good ones who will help the Elves make a stand against the Void.

It’s never mentioned, bought up or clarified. And the High Elves, as mentioned twice now, were never going to accept help from the Amani of all people

The elves would’ve never accepted their help in all likelihood, like I said.

Yet the High Elves had no problem letting the Amani live in Zul Aman and effectively sharing the region until the Amani once again forced their hands by joining the Horde in the Second War.

So Yeah, the High Elves would have accepted the Amani help and then allowed them to return to Zul Aman, as they did for millennia since their victory in the Troll Wars (initiated by the Amani and Zandalari).

It was not that they liked the amani being there, it was more they were beyond the bounds of their magical protections and the elves were so insular and sure of the impenetrability of their defenses they never bothered dealing with an actively hostile enemy on their doorstep.

We see how that ended.

Because the High Elves were largely disinterested in wiping out the Amani entirely. Long as the Amani stayed in their territory, the elves left them alone.

Your logic is that since the Elves didn’t externinate the entire race of Forest Trolls in Quel’Thalas, they would’ve been willing to fight alongside the trolls in a war against the Scourge. That makes zero sense. The elves viewed the trolls as little more than animals.

Also, it’s funny when people say “But nooo! The Amani fought the Void 16,000 years ago, they can’t join them!” when a common writing trope is the “fallen hero” trope (even though the Amani were never heroes).

The Amani joining the Void is just as believable as a bunch of Demon Hunters willingly joining the Legion, which happened in Legion.

Being fair, the trolls did little to engender any other perception given they tended to eat anyone who they caught and put their heads up as decorations.

To be fair, the high elves did the whole Head on spike thing also to try and deter more attacks

That is true for sure, but there is something inherently next level about eating your enemies that leads to them seeing you as a monster.

The Trolls are literally cannibals.

Can anyone tell Me why we shouldn’t find fictional cannibals revolting and disgusting as we do irl?

Are YOU slow? Just because the Amani didn’t help the high elves doesn’t mean they weren’t protecting their own lands from the scourge.

You clearly haven’t seen people who fan over serial killers even sending them letters in jail.

Also there is a difference between fictional cannibals and irl cannibals. Some people enjoy playing murderhobo type of characters or watching or reading about a fictional character who’s they’d run away from if they met someone like that irl.

Idc about the Amani, they should be horde not alliance or neutral if they are a playable race, but to discount them because they are cannibal as though other races and classes also haven’t done equally bad things is disingenuous.

Why would the Scourge invade Zul Aman? It is a wasteland of no value.

Why didn’t the Amani send their troops to help the High Elves if they really care about the land?

Because they care about vengeance much more than they care about the land.

So they will join the Void in Midnight. It’s a fairly simple story.

What “equally bad things” have the Humans, High Elves, or Dwarves done? lol

Dude, get out of my face lol. We were talking about whether the elves would’ve accepted the Amani’s help to fight the Scourge. The elves had already made up their mind about the trolls. That’s the point. When your land gets stolen, the colonizers might get hurt sometimes.
