You are incorrect here. They can merge two accounts (licenses) into one into one if both accounts are under the same name and information.
This will now equal to one login instead of two.
Nope, they really canāt. Go ahead and ask over in the Customer Support forums. They cannot smash 2 WoW accounts into 1 and they cannot smash 2 battle.net accounts into 1.
They can move a WoW account from one battle.net to another, but it stays as a separate account.
Okayā¦they also donāt ācombineā WoW accounts or Battle.net accounts from 2 or more accounts into 1. Itās not a service they offer and not something a GM can do for you.
Go ahead, post in the CS forums. Prove me wrong. Search that forum for a blue posts that supports your stance.
Iāve already linked the official Support Article which shows that Iām right.
youve been proven wrong a few times here. Not accepting reality doesnt alter it, sorry to say.
Your joke argument is with blizzard staff who told me quite clearly that, the one mount for instance, SHOULD still be on my main WoW accountā¦YET IT ISNT.
She just said they WONT replace what was lost.
This is getting embarrassing for you at this point.
Itās possible that Blizz could move the WoW account back to the battle.net it originated from and then they would have access to the same stuff they used to.
hes just playing a semantics game.
He KNOWS full well that we are ALL talking about the same thing hereā¦moving a WoW account from one bnet to another bnet.
He just wants to argue wordsā¦
Each sub only accesses one single WoW account. Since WoW accounts canāt be combined/merged into a single account, both accounts require a subscription still.
The only way to completely āmergeā would be to pay to transfer all characters from one WoW account to another.
what on earth are you talking about?
I absolutely DID have them move my second WOW account from the Bnet account it was attached to over to my MAIN Bnet account.
yeahā¦they ācombinedā the two WoW accounts that WERE under TWO Bnet accounts into one Bnet account.
They state in the support page that they wonāt reverse anything. Clearly you didnāt even read what youāre trying to peddle.
Youāre arguing semantics, dude. Blizzard and battlenet accounts are the same exact thing, theyāve changed the name multiple times.
Hast a list of GAME ACCOUNTS, once again youāre arguing semantics. It says GAME accounts to consolidate BLIZZARD accounts. A GAME account is NOT a BLIZZARD account.
Was clearly not communicated when told to OP.
If it was a paid service, Itād definitely be false advertising considering they say itās consolidating 2 accounts into 1.
Exactly, which is why they need to state it like you did and not that two accounts will be turned into one.
You clearly are trolling here or reading is hard for youā¦ he combined two accounts into one; thus one (1) login. Once Blizzard did this; the second account is no longer in existent and is irreversible.
So thereās no merger. Itās moving a WoW account from one Bnet account to another.
So basically if you have the following:
Bnet1: WoW1 - WoW 2
Bnet2: WoW1
And then you decide you want Bnet2ās WoW1 account on Bnet1, this is what happens:
Bnet1: WoW1 - WoW2 - WoW3
Bnet2:
So anything on Bnet2 stays with Bnet2. The now WoW3 inherits everything on Bnet1 and loses everything from Bnet2.
Now, in Taiennaās case, if Iām understanding this correctly, theyāre missing things from Bnet1 when the now WoW3 was moved from Bnet2. (Using the same example for clarity.) And thatās where Iām confused as to how that happened.
Exactly.
Spent over half an hour on the phone discussing what WOULD and WOULDNT be āmovedā over to my main Bnet account just so I knew what to expect.
At no point did they say that random mounts would be lostā¦or could beā¦or characters that were on WoW 1 would end up being āmovedā to WoW2, which absolutely happened as well.
