I see plenty of them walking around in Dazar’alor, maybe they’re trying to figure out how to ruin yet another allied race, making them look and feel completely different than their npc counterpart like usual ( Like the Nightbourne ).

According to the Flag in the Stormwind Embassy on PTR, you do not need the raid.

The PC is not getting the NPC model. We are getting an unholy amalgam of NE and troll. The same as we did not get the NPC night borne model. They are using existing body frames to allow existing armor to fit on them and not have to remake future armor for as many races.

I blame the Kul’tirans armor warping tbh.

The really broken part on the PTR is honestly the xmog interface, it’s not even functional.

The only reason these Season roll overs and raid unlock feel over-hyped and like a big deal is because Blizz is giving it the same coverage and fanfare they would a full featured patch… heck you all released a Video Survival Guide Part 2, that could be summed up as “PvP/M+ Season 2 starts and New raid unlocks 1/22/19”.

Now look here, I am not knocking the communication. I like you all talking to us more, rather than less.
But I would also like more than a fraction of what you all communicate to be of substance.

You put a ton of effort into a video and multiple blog posts to notify players of the raid unlock. But other areas of the game are chugging along in utter silence, starved for info.
